Rally Dakar 2010
Mit atemberaubenden Fotos zeigen wir Ihnen Ausschnitte aus dem gefährlichsten und abenteuerlichsten Autorennen der Welt. Zum Zweitenmal fand die Rally in Südamerika statt. Die Gefährlichkeit in Afrikas Wüste, veranlasste vor zwei Jahren die Organisatoren nach Südamerika auszuweichen. Zum Zweitenmal in Folge fand die Rally Dakar in Südamerika statt. Eine Herausforderung über 9000 Kilometer führte die verschiedenen Teams und Piloten auf die Strassen, Wege und Wüstenabschnitte Argentiniens und Chiles. Vom 1. bis und mit 17. Januar kämpften die Teams um Punkte, Ruhm und Ehre in einem der bedeutensten Rennen der Welt. Der weisse Sand von Fiambala und die grauen Felswände von Nihuil waren die grossen Schwierigkeiten der Veranstaltung.
Für Konstrukteure, Fahrer, Teams und Marken fuhren alle gemeinsam anfangs Jahr von Le Havre aus auf einem gemeinsamen Schiff nach Südamerika. 184 Motorräder und Quads, 138 Autos und 50 LKW mit Ersatzteilen, fahrbaren Werkstätten und allem was so dazugehört.
Dass die Rally auch 2010 zu einem Grosserfolg wurde, verdanken die Organisatoren den bravourösen Leistungen der Fahrer und Teams, die sich praktisch 24 Stunden am Tag für das Gelingen einsetzten.
